Seeing other people follow their passions, be their true selves, and express themselves without apology, is incredibly inspiring to me. The energy is contagious. It really wants to make me do the same. Also, being in nature really brings out the inspiration in me. It feels very healing.
Getting creative requires feeling inspired and connecting to imagination. So in order for me to get creative, I need to be in touch with my emotions as opposed to feeling numb to them. So I could be feeling a lot, but if I’m not prepared to accept those feelings then I suffer a creative block.
