Day 10: write about something for which you feel strongly

I went for a walk today (I took my cat out) and I remembered how nice it feels to be outside. And now it’s warm enough to go on walks again. I feel really strongly that it’s important to slow down and how it’s healing to be in nature. There’s so much busy and hectic energy around us all the time and it is so stressful. It’s better to live in the moment and fully appreciate what is around you.
